This is our most popular and luxurious massage. This 75 minute session includes skin nourishing seaweed infused oils, hot towels, and warm oiled stones…for a complete sensorial experience. Your therapist will use a combination of long soothing strokes and deeper targeted work to address areas of pain and tension.  This massage is the perfect combination of pure relaxation and therapeutic deep tissue relief.

Tension dissolving rhythmic massage techniques soothe the nervous system and help induce deep relaxation in the body. This is a traditional relaxation massage using light to medium pressure. Your therapist will customize the treatment to meet your specific needs and goals.

This is a firm massage targeting deeper layers of musculature for the relief of pain and stiffness associated with posture, work habits, and aging. This massage is helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas, especially the neck, back, and shoulders. This is where we work out “knots” and trigger points.
